It is an interesting point about leaving the bins out overnight. Obviously they are an obstruction when left on the pavement, especially to those with less than perfect sight, or mothers with buggies...

My understanding re the use of Chalvey.  You can use it on an occasional basis.  They will check your car reg and if you use it too frequently then you are not allowed in.  But I don't know if you can...
